Journey of heat Chemistry

 what we have been doing in science is experiments and test like a dried ice experiment pomegranate crystal experiment and other experiments but we have been learning more about heat

conduction- conduction is when heat moves into a cold space

convention- convention is when a light material rise up like the purple liquid in the potassium pomegranate crystal

contraction- contraction is where something squeezes making it contract and tighten

expansion-expansion is when something grows bigger or becomes bigger much like the how the universe began  

one of the experiments we did was to fill a can with cold water and then heat it up above a Bunsen burner and wait for the water in the can to boil up and when the can smokes up then we quickly had to tip the can upside down and put it into an ice cream container filled with cold water and then watched the can as it contacted or squeezed tightly cause of the cold water how the particles reacted to the experiment 

DIRTY WATER SCIENCE

Aim: To make dirty water

Method:

1. Use a 250ml beaker get 200ml of water.
2. add 2 spoonful of dirt.
3. add 10 ml of oil.
4. add spoonful of pebbles.
5. stir it for 2min.
6. label a piece of paper with your name and place it under you beaker.
7. take a photo of your experiment.
8. get retort stand and put on a base
9. then get a funnel and funnel holder

Discussion:

in this science experiment we are using solid things to mix with liquid like water now there are special words that can describe the solid things and the liquid things there science names are solute which is the solid and the solvent is the liquid dissolving is when solute becomes solvent and the solution is when they mix perfect now dilute means when there is to much water and not enough solute and concentration is when it's a balanced taste now filtrate is when solvent is passed through a filter and all of these is what we have used in the dirty water experiment.

Conclusion:

did it work yes it did the water is clean and it good enough to drink and if you ask would i change anything i have no changes.

well you see The oesophagus is a muscular tube about 25cm long with a sphincter which means A (sphincter is a circular muscle that normally maintains constriction of a natural body passage or orifice and which relaxes as required by normal physiological functioning. Sphincters are found in many animals) value at each end its function is to transport food and fluid after being swallowed from the mouth to the stomach no absorption of nutrients takes place in the oesophagus and well you see that is what an oesophagus but there is something better than that and it is a 

stomach a stomach's job is The stomach has 3 main functions temporary storage for food which passes from the esophagus to the stomach where it is held for 2 hours or longer mixing and breakdown of food by contraction and relaxation of the muscle layers in the stomach digestion of food and that is the reason for our know we have to the liver and the liver is 

the Function of the liver the liver regulates most chemical levels in the blood and excretes a product called bile this helps carry away waste products from the liver all the blood leaving the stomach and intestines passes through the liver
